Pearson 35, 1975 sailboat for sale

1975 Shoal draft- Centerboard Pearson 35.
Owned 5 years and have updated with new Aldor Barbor refrigeration, Raymarine auto pilot, depth sounder, speed log, shoreside power, binnacle compass, two Lewmar cleating sheet winches, anchor sprit with new Manson anchor chain and rode, power winch on board to be installed, 100 watt solar panel with controller, new roller furler genoa, GPS chart display, masthead wind vane and tricolor offshore running light, anchor light. Vessel has stern boarding ladder, dodger with Bimini and mandatory safety equipment ( jackets, flares horn , bell, fire extinguishers including rollup inflatable dingy. Original Atomic Four was replaced by former owner with a 3GM Yanmar diesel which seems to have very few hours on it. Lots of storage under cockpit providing access to engine and transmission as well as room for a rollup dinghy.
