Here is a 1971 Pearson sailboat 35 we have owned for 10 years and only had it out 3 times and it deserves better. Boat is solid but needs a thorough cleaning and some paint and it would be a nice vessel. All the pads and bedding is in nice condition. The sails are in good condition other than the threads on the edging of the jib but it's not rotten or anything it's just some bad stitching in a spot on it. It has a 3 cylinder westerbeke diesel. I have all the paperwork and owners manuals for everything and I have the blueprints of the boat and everything. I'm pricing this boat to sell it fast and its not priced like a new boat so don't expect a new boat but if you price Pearson 35s you will see this one is priced cheap and there's really room to make some money off it if someone wanted it for that purpose. I saw 1 on another website that had been sunk and they wanted $21,000 for it and no it hadn't been redone from that yet it was $21k and needed gone through. I'm sure I forgot to say something about it. But it's a good solid boat and I was cleaning on it today and it's really cleaning up pretty nicely.i have a survey and valuation from 2010 that I used for the pictures where it's out of the water and where it's super clean. Though it's coming super clean it could still use paint in some places and I would update the cabin and paint it. It does need 1 small window replaced they are flat plexiglass so it should be a cheap easy repair. There were only 500 of these made so they are pretty sought after vessels and this is number 190. This will make someone a really nice yacht for very little money. I will post more pictures of it tomorrow while I'm cleaning it up. Thanks
