41' Irwin 41

This Irwin 41 is an excellent starter for a blue water cruiser. Tons of upgrades and it has been a liveaboard for the past 2 years. The boat is currently on the hard.

- All lines lead to the cockpit for ease of handling

- Professionally installed marine A/C & heat pump with ducting to all cabins for comfort

- All through hulls below the water line are brand new and professionally installed
- New rudder bearing custom milled and re-hung
- Brand new dripless stuffing box for the rudder
- Brand new drippless stuffing box for the prop shaft
- Brand new cutless bearing and professional alignment for the prop shaft
- Fresh soda blasting job completed on the hull (in good shape)

- Brand new water resistant mattress
- Underlayment to increase airflow and reduce moisture build up
- Both classic heads removed
- Natures head in forward head, aft head converted to shower
- Both heads sinks are re-plumbed to through hulls(modern setup) rather than the bilge

The bad:
- Needs a stove and a fridge (perfectly fits dometic chest fridge/freezer)
- Needs bottom job completed (grinding/paint)
- Starboard fuel tank is 5 years old but is disconnected to abate a fuel leak (unknown if the tank or the lines were leaking when disconnected)
- One mismatched cushion in salon (new fabric and foam)
