1963 Franz Maas design/built "Seabreeze" 42' masthead sloop. Rolled Steel construction for comfortable ocean cruising. Very similar to the Breeon class, but larger. Possibly a one-off. It has many high-standard elements of the day and some modern updates as well. Perkins 4-108 diesel engine, Hurth gear. Proctor mast & boom, Schaefer Roller furling jib, Dutchman mainsail flaking system. Ideal bronze windlass with 45# CQR anchor and 200' 3/8" chain. A mixture of classic bronze winches and self-tailing where needed. Wilcox head. Large water & fuel tank capacities for extended cruising. Garmin chart plotter, Standard Horizon VHF.
