23' Watkins 23

I am moving to Europe, so cant take her with me. Shes in great shape and shes a fantastic sailboat for Colorado. She is a West-coast boat, so she sits low and handles very well in large waves and strong winds. She has a fiberglass hull and deck. I had the boat professionally transported from the East Coast to Denver in 2019. Prior to being in Colorado she had sailed in the Washington DC area in fresh water.

* Brand new 8 HP Tohatsu Outboard engine. Less than 20 hours on the engine.
* Sails: (Original) Main, Jib, and 150% Genoa
* Swing keel - she draws 3 ft with keel retracted, and 6 ft with keel down
* Bottom paint was last done in 2019
* Sleeps 5 - V-birth, dinette collapses into a bed, and one single birth on port side
