Description:
Ready to sail, this boat was purchased new by a local Doctor who sailed it on Seneca Lake (fresh water) exclusively. Boat always stored and maintained by the local marina, with the 8 HP Yanmar Diesel totally rebuilt within the past five years, and very little use since. Very comfortable cabin with 6 feet headroom. Bulkhead mounted compass and depth finder. VHF Radio, 30 AMP shore power. Roller reefing headsail. Very little use in past five years. The 6′ 1″ of headroom is remarkable for a 26-footer. Owners are nearly unanimous in their praise of the interior. Currently in storage on the hard, but ready to go. Selling for the owner due to health issues. See photosnote the hatch over the anchor locker on bow needs replaced (currently wood) as is a lazarette panel in the cockpit. A little clean-up and minor maintenance and good to go. Sea trial for serious inquiries. All receipts and maintenance records available. A very nice, reliable boat ready to sail.

All the usual. Sails in good condition. Diesel engine rebuilt and like new, but has had very little use for past 5 years. Selling for friend due to health issues.
