26' Hunter 26

1995 Hunter 26 Sailboat and trailer. Freshwater boat until this year. Lightweight with fiberglass swing keel and water ballast. Mast can be easily raised and lowered single handed with included gin pole. Can float in 2 feet of water for easy beach access. Sleeps 4 adults easily. Has wider cabin than most sailboats this size due to no walkways, as you walk over top of boat to get to front. Has onboard battery charger and shore power cord. No head, but separate room for port a potty. Upgrading to larger boat. Has 8 hp Tohatsu with remote throttle and gear selector. Everything works great and ready to sail. Has roller furler and Harkin roller on main. 2 winches. See pictures for specifications. Trailer is in good shape ready to pull. Has extendable tongue for ease of launch. Not quite 6 ft headroom but has sliding sunroof and pop up top. Has alcohol stove and 2 sinks. Bimini top on back. Anchor storage up front. No leaks. Has spinnaker sail also. Has never had bottom paint as was freshwater boat, always trailered until 5 13 22. Bottom is in great shape. Would need bottom paint if kept in saltwater longterm. Currently located in Pensacola FL in wetslip. I'm available to show most weekends . Is currently registered in Alabama which does not issue titles for boats but Florida will issue new title if transferred there. Have copies of Title for boat and trailer. Nada says worth 14-16k. Asking 10k due to no bottom paint. Would cost 1500 for bottom paint done by marina, but doesnt need if you trailer it.
