Description:
Solid, offshore cruising hull with modified full keel. Great liveaboard layout with plenty of ventilation. Spacious cockpit, lots of storage throughout boat. Recently returned from trip to Bahamas, Jamaica, and western Caribbean. Most systems need upgrading but there is a solid foundation to start from. Located at a DIY work yard.

Equipment:
Sails: Working jib and cruising Spinnaker in good condition. Main and Genoa need replacement.

Engine: Perkins 4-108, rebuilt in 2017.

Dinghies: inflatable with 4hp outboard. Hard dinghy similar in style to Portland Puggy.

Anchors: 45lb CQR, 45lb Bruce, Danforth, 200ft line with 30ft chain rode.

Head: C-Head composting toilet

100 gallon potable water
15 gallon fuel tank 40 gallon fuel tank in keel that could be connected.

Full awning from mast to stern.
