Description:
Beautiful, well-maintained sailboat with everything needed to set sail. Beautiful interior sleeps 4-6 in V-berth, main salon (pull out beds) and quarter berth. Lots of storage throughout. Hull was bottom painted with a multi-season paint last year and entire boat was just cleaned and waxed. Draft is 4' 8".

Equipment:
Full canvas - main sail with reefing system, genoa with rolling furler system, and full-size spinnaker. All lines run to cockpit with self-tailing winches for single handling. 10 HP diesel engine runs well with low hours, dual batteries, fully treated diesel tank. Large cockpit area with steering wheel, folding table and drink holder; quality dodger, bimini and steering wheel covers; and swim ladder. Interior includes teak flooring, folding teak dining table, folding navigation table, curtains and complete galley kitchen with alcohol 2 burner stove, ice box, stainless steel sink and pressurized water. Interior and exterior seating cushions. Marine radio and compass. Microwave, hatch mounted AC unit, and portable heaters included. Includes power cords, fenders, plenty of lines, and helpful marine and repair books and manuals. May need new water heater.
