36' Islander Yachts I36

Well maintained with many upgrades I36 currently used as a liveaboard. Has all the necessary equipment for long term cruising to Mexico or in the islands. Fully self sustainable. Also for sale is the mooring located in Newport Beach. Will sell boat and mooring as a package for 95k. This was my first boat and a lot of care, thought and work has been put into this boat. I am selling for the purpose of upgrading to a larger cruising vessel now that I have experience in and knowing what I need and want. All she really needs is exterior cosmetics a hull polishing/paint and non-skid deck.
