On the title, she is classified as an Ingrid 38, but is even more rare, because she has 6" more freeboard than the Ingrid 38. Her official hull design is the little-known Orca. Her displacement is 28,000 lbs.
Rigged by the extraordinary Brion Toss, she has five sails, including a mainsail, topsail, staysail, forward jib, and top jib. Her sails were customized by Carol Hasse's Port Townsend Sail Company. She comes with a trysail, Genoa, and drifter. Sails & rigging are in excellent shape. Her standing rigging is synthetic (Spectra). She has customized sail covers. Her bulwarks, tiller, and cockpit rails are teak, companionway is mahogany.
She has a manual windlass with continuous 300' of 5/16" Peerless ACCO G43 chain and a 20kg. Bruce anchor on the bow and has two anchor rollers. In an aft anchor roller, there is a 35lb. CQR anchor with 50' of chain and 300' of nylon rode in separate aft anchor locker.
She has a solid fiberglass hull that was surveyed in 2021 and considered in excellent shape. Her bronze forward hatch is by Forestie Suardi. Her winches are also bronze, along with many customizations from Turn Point Designs. She has a new butterfly hatch constructed of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. 1/2" plexiglass weather board as well as wooden drop weather boards.
The 26 HP Electric Yacht QuietTorque 20.0 sail drive is powered by new (2018) LiFePO 4 batteries, meticulously maintained with an Elithion Lithiumate BMS installed by Revision Marine. She is on a 48 Volt system, with 5,500 amp hours storage. She also has a LiFePO 4 house battery, 1000 watt sine wave inverter. She has a new throttle assembly.
Cabin has G8 LED lighting along with five solid brass Weems & Plath Yacht Lamps.
