Description: |
Rubio is ready to sail anywhere on the continent. Reach the shore or coastline at highway speeds, then sail past the cruisers to anchor close to the beach. We cruise the Sea of Cortez and the British Columbia coast all in the same season.
Note that the price is in USD, though the boat is located in Canada.
We keep it simple. A Coleman stove, an ice chest and an espresso pot is pretty much the galley. The electronics are hand-held except for the Autohelm.
Corsairs are famous for their speed, strength and trailerability. The 24 MkII is just the right size for two of us and a dog. |
Equipment: |
Rig: Dux shrouds on Colligo dead-eyes, rotating spar (boosted 2.5 feet)
Sails: Leitch and McBride , carbon
Engine: Tohatsu 6 always flushed and run dry (2019)
Electronics: Raymarine SmartPilot X-5, flexible and stowable solar panel for lighting and charging low-voltage navigation aids.
Dinghy: Zodiac Cadet 6-foot (no engine)
Trailer: FE with surge brakes and a safety clutch winch for mast raising
We wont be needing our GMC Silverado half-cab, long-box. Lets talk. |
