Description: |
Great sailing boat. Look up COMPAC 23. Great pocket cruiser. Easy to sail, plenty of room below (sleeps 4 below). Spacious and really well made. The interior is beautiful. Original cushions in great shape. Portajohn (never used). Roll out for cockpit sleeping or relaxing. Easy to sail. Dual axle trailer has new tires. Eashy to store and move. Burgundy canvas in good shape. I started with a laser, then a 17' day sailor, then this 23 footer and am moving on, hopefully, to a 30 footer. Brass portholes. Shallow draft, great for sailing the sound, easy sail to the Vineyard. Make an offer. New tohatsu 6hp sailboat outboard. Only non ethanol used. 2 gallons get you from Hyannis to oak bluffs (if no wind).. Good shape for the age. Interior is beautiful and roomy for a pocket cruiser. only 28" draft. easy to get into places most boats can't. There was some work by previous owner on bow hull. Hull shines nice when buffed.
