New Harken ESP furler and excellent condition 2015 Mack Sails 150% genoa in Premium Dacron, with a Sunbrella cover and foam luff ($3560). Mainsail recently upgraded with a refurbished mid-2000s sail and custom Sunbrella cover. All lines are led to cockpit. Spare jib and main sail, both in good condition.

Universal M-12 10hp diesel inboard, serviced and properly maintained, recent internal zincs, oil and filter changes, belts, freshwater impeller, etc. Fuel lines, coolant reservoir and lines, freshwater pump, exhaust hoses, cutlass bearing, stuffing box were all replaced in 2015.

Shorepower system ($1300) added in 2018 with a dedicated panel, battery charging system, 4 GCFI outlets, new batteries, and new wiring throughout the boat. Garmin 540D Chart Plotter updated with Bluechart G3 chip, VHF, stereo, Suunto compass, Atkins-Hoyle dinghy davits ($1850). Inclusion of Caspian Pro 110 dinghy negotiable.
