Description:
Wonderful cruising boat. The raw water pump on the engine is broken and will need to be replace. Unfortunately the counter for the engine hours was not working when I got the boat. The engine is not original to the boat. It is a Universal M35B. I believe it was installed in 1993. There is a temporary pump plumbed in that has worked very well for a year now. Two sets of sails that are workable. The centerboard is glassed in for ICW cruising. V-berth. 3 single berths in the salon. The two settee's pull out to make one large berth if needed. The rest of the boat is in good condition. Lots of spare parts that will convey with the boat.

Equipment:
Roller furler on the headsail. Electric windlass. A/C. Brand new Raymarine auto pilot. Self tailing winches. Dodger and bimini. Brand new main halyard and furler line. Two burner alcohol stove. Large icebox. 30 Gallon fuel tank.
