Description:
This is a 1992 Compac 23 - named Serenity. It is in great condition inside and out. Entire electrical system just redone along with a solar panel and 2 brand new AGM battery bank. 6hp Tohatsu motor that starts on the first pull. Fully battened mainsail 1 year old in perfect condition. 130 Genoa and 100 working jib both in good condition. I recently put a Ronca anchor on her with 300 of chain and line and it works like a charm in every condition I've put it through. Has a 20 gallon fresh water tank, and fresh water pump for the galley. Wood burning heater is built in and works great on cold nights. I also have a trailer for it that I will include. Bottom job was done last year.
