Description:
This is a John Alden designed sailboat that is very sturdy build and will take you anywhere. The engine runs fine, but the boat needs to be refit. It should be hauled bottom painted, the top sides need painting and the non-skid should be redone. The halyards & sails need to be replaced. The interior needs painting. The toe-rail and cockpit combing need to be sanded and varnished. Once refurbished this is a great classic sailboat.

Equipment:
The engine is a 6-cylinder Bedford diesel that was completely rebuilt and runs good. I added a well-built stern arch that can hold a dingy with engine. Not much in electronics
