Sails: 150 genoa, main, and storm jib.
OMC Zephyr Sail Drive 15 HP Inboard/Outboard 2 cycle engine.
Comes with robust steel cradle for winter storage.
Danforth Anchor. Merriman winches (2). Plastimo 4" compass. Winch on mast.
Signet Smart Pak log/temp/H-l/R-S.
Auto Tiller.
Uniden VHF.
New wireless bluetooth stereo w/remote and speakers in main cabin with speaker wire extensions for exterior.
Cooler, kitchen and bath sink with pump water, Princess alcohol stove. Manual pump toilet (to holding tank).
Swim Ladder, cockpit cushions.
Shore power. Interior outlet. 2 New Hand Pump Sinks for Freshwater Tank.

Engine: Complete lower unit replaced, replaced fuel lines, new wiring harnesss, fuel filter, new solenoid. New ignition coil on top spark plug. Very well maintained, oil and spark plugs changed yearly, in great working condition.

Took bottom paint off, fared bottom completely, and repainted with Anti-Fouling Paint.
New Cushions at main cabin and replaced entire floor and installed new Luxury Vinyl Wood look plank throughout.
New holding and fresh water tanks, removed gas tank cleaned and resealed interior with aluminum coating. Replaced fuel gauge sender and float.
Repaired rudder.
Installed 30 amp shore power and cabin convenience outlet.

The boat is in great working order for a boat of her age and a great deal for somebody to take. Upgrading to a powerboat since I don't have much time to get out due to work. Great layout for 27' and 9' beam, very comfortable for 4-6 people to stay on for weekend trips, amazing for a family as well! The boat is an excellent sail.
