Fresh water Catalina 36 MKII tall rig with fin keel, air conditioning. This popular and classic boat has been well cared for. The Catalina 36 MKII models have always been known to be a great sailing boat for either cruising or racing. The cockpit is laid out for both comfort and ease of sailing with stern rail seats, cockpit cushions, self tailing winches and wind generator.

Down below on a hot day you can enjoy air conditioning and all the comforts of home. The wrap around galley is to port at the bottom of the companionway for easy access to refreshments while underway. There is an enormous amount of storage in the galley and plenty of counter-space as well.

The large main salon is laid out for entertaining your family and friends with a U shaped dinette and table and settee with table on the opposite side. Both convert to berths (as shown in photos).

The owner's cabin is forward and has good storage and hanging lockers with private access to the head. The aft cabin has an athwart ships double berth, hanging locker and a bureau as well.
