15' Chesapeake Light Craft Skerry

I have a newly built Chesapeake Light Craft 15' "Skerry" rowing/sailing boat for sale. I built this boat in 2017/2018 for myself and now I am building another boat of a different design. This boat was built of Marine Plywood and epoxy. The boat has been in the water once so I could make sure the sail and rigging were correct. The boat rows and sails wonderfully. This is a wonderful boat to row or sail. The rig is very easy to set up and the entire boat is just plain beautiful. Everything on this boat has been custom made.
If you were to purchase the all of the materials for this boat thru CLC the materials along would cost between $4,500 and $5,000 - not counting any labor. Here is what the boat includes:

1- 15' boat with kick-up rudder, dagger board, rowing foot braces and push/pull tiller.
2- Sitka spruce mast, boom and yard and tan bark sails with all the rigging, Sails have one reef point.
3- All blocks are made of oak and teak.
4- All hardware is either bronze/brass or stainless steel
5- Set of 8' spruce oars with brass oar locks
6- Mast, oars, sails with boom and yard have full length storage canvas bags.
7-Dagger board and rudder have storage bags.
8- Boat comes with Sunbrella storage and travel cover.
9- Boat comes with 2.2 claw anchor with chain and 120' of 3/8" nylon anchor rode
10- Boat comes with used boat trailer equipped with running lights, winch and a spare wheel.
11= Boat and trailer have been registered with the CA DMV
12- The entire sheer of the boat is lined with 3/4" manila rope to act as a fender
13- Boat is equipped with bow line and two fenders.
14- The boat is painted white on the hull and varnished on the inside with the last two coats of satin varnish so as not to cause glare.
