27' Catalina 27 Tall Rig

This USCG documented vessel has new Lowrance 5TI chart plotter 2018 in the cockpit bulkhead wired to the
Standard Horizon VHF radio to enable digital selective calling DSC. The VHF also has an external Poly Planar speaker that can be plugged in for better audio in the
cockpit. Underway, keep the starting battery and dedicated deep-cycle house battery charged with a flexible 50W solar panel and 7A charge controller that independently charges the batteries. In port, the 30A shore power connection powers a Cruiseair
Carry-On over the hatch air conditioner and Marinco Charge Pro 10A battery charger
that charges the starter and house batteries independently. The Catalina 27 sports a
very large companionway and hatch that makes sailing like driving a convertible.
Sunbrella cockpit seat cushions are comfortable and easy to clean. Bottom was
painted in 2018. Owner is selling to move up to a larger Catalina sailboat.
