The NI38 Nantucket Island Sloop designed by legendary Peter Cole is a rare classic as only 5 were built in the larger version of the more popular NI33. In 1985 this NI38 was delivered to Lake Michigan from Taiwan where it was built. Vessel has been on the Great Lakes most of its life and has been constantly updated and upgraded. Recent Boat History Report and Survey validate this vessel as being in fine shape and ready for adventure. Located in a live aboard slip, in a private 8 slip marina, within walking distance to historic downtown Stuart Florida, on a canal, next to a lovely park. The location is a perfect Hurricane Hole as it is approx 14 miles from the Atlantic, convenient to the Inter-coastal Waterway and the Okeechobee Waterway.
