Description:
Amazing day sailor or pocket cruiser. Recent complete restoration. Bluewater capable. 800 lb concrete keel, yet only draws 2 ft. New standing and running rigging, Like new 5 HP PROPANE engine (approximately 8 hours total, just serviced), roller furling jib, bronze portholes, bronze winches, trickle charger with AGM battery, all lines led aft for easy single hand sailing. New bottom paint 2 months ago. Sails are in excellent shape. GPS with MIMSI to VHF. New electrical. Depth integrated into GPS. Trailer included which has brand new tires, hubs, bearings and leaf springs. Boat weighs 2000 lb. Cockpit and cabin VHF radio. Sail and tiller and grab rail covers. She is in the water at my dock. Paint is beautiful. You will not find a nicer Com-Pac 19, which is a classic boat. Selling because I just don't use her and she deserves to be sailed often. Possible arrangement for deep water slip available with water and electric.
