North Sail sails are in good order; Genoa; 135%; Mainsail; Mizzen; roller reefed, all lines lead back to the cockpit The sacrificial cloth to the edge of the sails need re-stitching.The sails are all roller reefed on Harken roller furlings, Rigging is steel cable, some has been replaced, re-tuned Most of the lines have been replaced, all are in working order, as are the pulleys, shackles, cleats etc. The Barrient and Newmar winches have recently been serviced. All are in good working order. The dinghy is a Caribe 10’ 4 man with a mercury 9.9hp outboard and fuel tank. Davits to the stern lift the dinghy easily, and house 2 solar panels. 2 further solar panels sit on the stern guard line port and starboard. An almost new Harken Bosuns chair, 7 winches with 3 handles, 4 fenders, boat hook, extension pole, fishing rod, life raft (needs a safety check), life sling, 7 life jackets and 6 floats, canvas sea bucket and a swim ladder. The stern and bow guard line is solid stainless, with plastic coated cable to the remainder of the deck. All windows have been removed and resealed, new mast boot, 2 Propane tanks. The Hull has no blisters or damage, however it does have some areas requiring some cosmetic work. The teak on the bowsprit has been replaced. The windlass has foot button operation. The anchors are a CQR 45 and a Bruce 35 with aprox 80 meters of chain to the main anchor, similar length chain and rode to the secondary anchor. There are 2 gasoline and 1 diesel jugs, plus 6 x 20 litre jugs for fresh water. Safety equipment includes 2 flare guns with flares, 3 fire extinguishers, EPIRB (Needs safety check) extensively stocked first aid kit & up to date manual. Many paper charts and Furono and chips are included plus a hand held GPS new June 2016 |
