23'10' Catalina MK II

2003 Catalina 22 MKII WK Fast, safe, and handsome and continues to meet the needs of today's sailing family. The MKII Edition brought more exciting design changes, a cabin that is nearly ten inches wider with more comfortable seating.
The table is centerline with built in cup holders. Sleeps 4 comfortably, has a large porta-potty, roller-furling 135 Jib and lazy-jacks for the main sail.
The MKII comes with a unique Pop-Top that allows you to sail with it in the raised position. The Pop-Top allows you to stand in the Salon area, and screened zipper windows give you bug proof ventilation.
The cockpit is covered with a Bimini, full length 4" thick comfy cockpit cushions with a compass and depth gauge on the bulkhead.
The transom sports a swim ladder and kickup rudder for shallow water and a low hours (2015)Tohatsu extra long shaft, 4-cycle, 6HP outboard motor with reverse and electronic battery charger. At the Bow is an Anchor Locker for storing the Anchor, chain and rode till needed.
The boat is equipped with Shore power plug with charger-inverter. A cigarette lighter plug in the cockpit is used for a solar panel to "top off" the battery.
VHF radio is mounted inside. Cigarette lighter plug and USB are located inside for charging or running electronics. A 110v plug also located conveniently inside for use with shore power.
