Description:
Two owner professionally upgraded sloop with excellent North Sails and great PHRF racing record. Great live aboard with electric refrigeration solar panel, two heads, large dodger with removable side and front windows, new larger cockpit table. Harken genoa roller furler, multiple anchors and many other extras and improvements.

Equipment:
North Main, North 152% laminate Genoa, spinnaker, Pole and Gear, Danforth and Plow anchors, wind speed and direction and depth and boat speed instrumentation, 3 burner stove and oven , modified Propane storage compartment holding 2 20# propane tanks v 2 10# standard. All interior teak finished with West Epoxy. Exterior teak has been maintained varnished since new. New improved high strength design skeg in 2013
