Description:
"Saltire" reluctantly for sale. Pretty Bruce King design, fast and sturdy with a spacious interior. Clean and shows well, sails weekly. Everything works or has been replaced. This boat is admired by a good many sailors in the marina and is the envy of close neighbors. For the money, I don't think you can get a better built, more versatile boat.

Equipment:
Hull and deck: solid no blisters, bottom was new in 2012- cleaned monthly. Topsides and deck are clean, paint id good
Mast and Rigging: good condition
Sails: 150 Genoa on Schaeffer Roller. Battened main. Both in good cond.
Sail Handling: newer Harken winches and traveler. Boom vang. Running rigging in good shape.
Motor: Atomic 4 runs like a top, provides lots of power and is easy and inexpensive to maintain. Was rebuilt before i bought the boat 4 years ago. Stuffing box and cutless bearing replaced in 2013. Two blade prop
Cabin: dry and clean. Upholstery in good condition
Electrical: rewired with new panels in 2014
Plumbing: manual and electric bilge, newer head and hoses. 17 gal water tank
