35' Dufour Classic 35

Dufour Classic 35 purchased on December 1998. It has very low usage! We were only 2 owners and used only for recreation on occasion as we live in Canada. It has been receiving all along excellent maintenance!
It has beautiful wood work. Very spacious living area it equates in size Beneteau 40 footer.
We have added a great number of upgrades like Fridge, AC, Inverter, Extra large Batteries 3 in all, Septic tank new, Toilet new and many other upgrades.
A dingy with 6HP engine almost new only used 4 times.
It has a flat screen Sony Bravia TV.
The boat is in Absolute Excellent Condition!!!!
It is presently docked in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Marina, the slip could be made available if need it.
