32' Morgan Marine 323

Rare, as in...try finding 'any' other fresh water 1985 Morgan 32SL listed for sale. Last year of the pure Morgan (sold out to Catalina in 1986). Located at Brady Mountain Resort on beautiful Lake Ouachita near Hot Springs, AR. This is our 1st sailboat and she is a dream to sail with a roller furling system for the large genoa, self tailing winches, main sail reef 1/reef 2 and all lines lead to the cockpit for easy one handed sailing. Great "safe" heavy weather 10,000 pound 11.5ft wide sailing vessel with a 4,500 lb lead keel that has a large V berth with cabin door, fold out double, settee and aft quarter berth with Captains desk and 8 port windows that actually open to let in that sweet cool breeze. Slomotion2 has a stainless propane range/oven with exterior stern mounted 5 gal tank , water heater, 25 gallon fresh water, 25 gallon black water, deck wash down, electric anchor windlass, head with shower/sink, kitchen with sink and large built in reefer box (ice chest). "BEAUTIFUL" wood interior with teak/holly wood floor and exterior deck teak perimeter band, vent port boxes, gull wing captains seat and grab bars. Wheel mounted Simrad auto pilot, depth sounder, mast mounted transducer with wind system display, M25 Universal diesel engine, auto bilge, Trojan house batteries with Westmarine charger, 22 inch flat screen LED TV/DVD combo on telescopic mount and stereo/CD player with internal/external speakers. All sails, ropes, lines and winches are in good solid condition. Slomotion2 was a fresh water charter boat on Lake Texoma in Texas for many years prior to being moved here about 10 years ago. The boat is in "great" condition for its age and has tons of character. The engine has a new starter, runs good..and has never let us down.

The current NADA value for this boat alone in 'average' condition is $26,000. The boat is about due a bottom job, but me doing that would increase the price.

The boat can be purchased with the slip and a Candock jet ski dock for $25,500 firm. Slip rental paid until June 2016.
