Southpaw is a great fit for a beginner or minimalist looking to get out in the water. This sailboat has seen many days racing and cruising out in Tampa Bay and the Gulf. She draws 4.25' and keeps up with the big boats. Redone teak on deck this year. The bottom is cleaned every month. The inside is very spacious for a 22' boat, the beam is nearly 8'. Currently staying in Apollo Beach, Florida, with a clean title. |

Sailing equipment includes two harken 16 self-tailing winches, solo-sail rigging, jib, storm jib, 150 genoa, and main all in good condition. 12-volt battery and handheld radio also included. Rigging sturdy and in good condition. Bimini installed in cockpit. Automatic bilge pump recently installed as a preventative measure, but has yet to be triggered (dry boat). No leaks or soft spots. 2006 Yamaha 4hp outboard engine just received oil change and tuneup and is in great condition. Comes with primary and backup Danforth anchors. Air conditioner and mini fridge included in purchase (optional). |
