The Ericson 27 sail yacht is a modern design featuring an aft cockpit, tiller steering and a standard transom. She is built of conventional reinforced fiberglass mat and roving with partial transverse bulkheads. Auxiliary power is from an Atomic 4, 4 cylinder, gasoline engine. The hull is white with blue trim.

The trunk cabin has side windows and a cabin top deck hatches. There are stainless steel bow and stern pulpits with life lines on stainless steel stanchions. The aft cockpit has the steering station, seat locker and a main cabin access hatch.

Alum mast painted white with single spreader and boom. Standing rigging is 1 x 19 stainless steel wire with a split backstay. The running rigging is Dacron line. The primary winches were Barlow 16’s. Sail inventory includes a mainsail and roller furl headsail.

This vessel has vee berths forward. Next aft is an enclosed marine head to stbd with storage opposite to stbd. The main cabin has side settees with table and quarter berth to stbd and a galley to port. The engine is below the cabin ladder. Step up to the aft cockpit with seat lockers and tiller steering.

The galley has a built-in ice chest. There is a two burner CNG stovetop unit but no oven. There is a SS sink with a manual water system.

An Apelco VXL 5120 VHF radio is located inside the cabin. The 4” Ritchie magnetic compass is mounted on the exterior of the cabin with a knotmeter opposite. A handheld Magellan 310 GPS is located inside the cabin.

There is a 30 amp shore power connection along with a shore power cable. A 20 amp AC circuit breaker is in the cockpit seat locker and a fused DC panel is installed inside the main cabin hatch. A Guest Charge Pro 10 battery charger is in the cockpit seat locker. The battery selector switch is above the engine box.
Under the quarter berth are two, Group 27 batteries.

A 20 gallon (est), poly fuel tank is aft of the engine. The fuel fill and supply hoses are USCG approved hose. The fuel fill is on the main deck.
A 20 gallon, poly, fresh water tank and a 20 gallon, poly holding tank are below the vee berth.

Aux power is from an Atomic 4, 4 cylinder, raw water cooled, gasoline engine rated at 30 Hp. The serial number is 150776. The engine hours are unknown. The engine instruments are for temp, oil and amps.
A 12v ventilation blower is sighted aft of the engine.
The engine exhaust has water injection through PVC pipe.
