Description: |
A classic, shoal draft, Hunter designed for easy sailing. The innovative thinking of Hunter using modern design, engineering, and an incredible layout, the 310 is the most advanced sailboat under 34 feet on the market today. The two staterooms, single head design makes the interior of the 310 ample for a small crowd while the exterior accommodations allow cockpit seating for plenty. A must see for anyone looking for a nicely kept and equipped 31’ sailing vessel. |

ACCOMMODATIONS The Hunter 310 offers a rounded cockpit with elevated stern rail seats, a center line helm with a custom console to house the electronics, a folding shelf on each side of the cockpit, and ample seating for the Captain and visitors. The helm seat will hinge up allowing a complete walk through to the swim platform and transom propane locker with 2 propane tanks and storage compartment. The wide decks, with non-skid, offer ease of maneuverability around the vessel and the stainless steel stanchions and safety lines are high. All lines lead aft to the cockpit with only four winches, the 310 is easy to sail. From the cockpit and down the companionway you enter the 310. Headroom is 6’4” inside the main cabin. Stereo system AM, FM, Weather bands and CD player with 2 speakers in the main cabin and 2 speakers in the cockpit. Engine access is under the companionway steps. To starboard is the “U” shaped galley area with plenty of storage cabinets, drawers and counter top space. To port is access into the single head with manual toilet, mirrored vanity and cabinet storage. Immediately to port and aft is the access into the master cabin with a queen size berth, hanging locker and ample space. The main salon features a port side settee with storage above while the starboard side features a “C” shaped dinette with a center line table with a folding leaf, enabling dinner for two to six. Storage in the main salon features several storage cabinets and under settee storage. The salon features excellent fabrics and an abundance of natural light thru opening ports, over hatches and the classic Hunter wrap around “windshield”. The entire vessel features beautiful teak cabinetry and trim with teak and holly flooring. All the way forward is the large “V” berth. Unlike some vessels, the forward berth offers complete privacy bulkheads versus curtains. The “V” berth features a hanging locker to port with a unique starboard side pass through allowing conversation with the main salon. |
