Description: I am selling a C&C 25 Sailboat. The boat is in good shape, and has been well maintained. This is a perfect cruiser / overnighter / club racer and an excellent boat for the Chesapeake Bay.
It sleeps 4, has a fresh water tank, and a marine head (no holding tank). There are a few minor soft spots on deck that should not be difficult to fix up if preferred. All interior teak re-oiled 2014

This classic 1977 C&C 25 sloop with a 2-cycle Westerbeke Vire 7 Gasoline Marine Engine is located in Havre De Grace MD and waiting for an ambitious handyman to put her back into Bristol condition.All interior teak re-oiled 2014.
The C&C 25 is a popular family sailor, an easy sailing sloop rigged with a Harkin Rolling Furler.
The deck stepped mast and standing rigging are in good shape. Fortunately the main, genoa, and spinnaker sails appear to be in good shape. The hull is in good shape and decks are in reasonable shape. Deck hardware, fittings, winches, Jib tracks, travelers etc. are in good condition.
Below is the traditional C&C 25 layout with a large forepeak double bunk with full mattress. Immediately aft to port is the manual marine head (no holding tank) while to starboard is a large hanging locker. The salon has the traditional bench berths with a fixed table, aft on either side of the companionway are the galley (2 burner butane stove, sink and pump-handle faucet) and navigation areas.
This is an outstanding opportunity to get into a trim family weekender at a minimal cost and a little additional investment.
