The Yanmar 30hp engine was rebuilt in 2019 and was never being re-installed. It also needs new raw water pump.
Shower floor needs some fiberglass work done.
Botton paint.
Deck/ top sides paint???
Some floor boards may need replacement.
All the systems (AC/DC) and plumbing must be checked.
Sails 50% life.
Interior wood in good conditions.
No dinghy/outboard engine.
