This boat has a brand new outboard Tohatsu 9.8Hp, 4 strokes, 2 cylinders gasoline engine with 130 hours, electric starter, installed in May 2014. The boat has been hauled and painted in March 2014. New Jabsco elongated marine toilet installed in September 2014. The boat comes equipped with Lawrance depth sounder and speed gauge, Raymarine Autohelm 800 tillerpilot, new gas tank and gas line. New 90Ah marine battery installed May 2014. Roller furling genoa in decent condition.
Main sail has a minor tear close to the top batten pocket but it can be easily fix at North Sail for about 350 CAD.
The boat comes with flares and life vests.
Mooring included till end of March 2015 at Heather Marina in False Creek
