Description:
A high performance Cruiser/Racer yacht, the New York 36 was designed by architect Bill Cook and was built by W.D. Schlock Corp. in 1981 as One-Design cruiser/racer for New Yacht Yacht Club.
"Evergreen" is Hull number 48 (1982) of 60 boats built and is well equipped for both cruising and for Club competition (PHRF base rating 108 and 117 with rating adjustments). Evergreen is in updated (like new) condition throughout. See specifications and standard equipment on-line.

Recent upgrades include a Harken jib furling system, custom made removable bow Sprit and a new asymmetric cruising spinnaker, Harken batt car Mainsail Handling System with full-length batten Main with three reefs and a lazy jack system. Edson wheel and pedestal guard and wheel compass.
