27' Catalina 27

Great condition -- We have sailed this boat a lot over the past few years and expanding family forces s to sell as we have moved up. The price is extremely low for the quality and you will not find another C27 for this price with a reliable inboard diesel and new sails. She is on the hard in Sea Bright NJ and you can come and see her.

Other important things: Bottom is sound - no blisters, and has had a barrier coat treatment a number of years ago. Other potential weak points for the Catalinas: The keel bolts have been replaced with stainless steel. There are no leaks on the chainplates. The motor has been professionally installed and the whole boat is really in turn key condition. It was yard kept for most of its life. The cushions need resurfacing.

New Beta 14 engine [ based on Kubota diesel ] professionally installed.

Standard layout includes v-berth, private head with marine toilet (2011) and sink, hanging locker to port, large fold down bulkhead mounted table, double- berth to starboard, single berth to port, large quarter berth to starboard, full galley to port.
