26' Hunter 26

This very well equipped 1996 Hunter 26' water ballast has been meticulously maintained and upgraded. She is in above average condition and has sailed all over the Florida pan handle and numerous lakes in the Southeast. She is a fantastic boat for a couple or small family. She has an enclosed head, a queen sized aft berth, a decent size V-berth with Privacy curtains and NEW Built in Air Conditioning (July 2013)! The galley is very functional with lots of storage, and the spacious cockpit has an open transom, stern rail seats, and is large enough for 6 - 8 adults. Bottom freshly painted, June 2013! Mast raising system is simple and robust and combined with the dual axle trailer, makes this boat the Ultimate Maxi-trailerable bringing remote cruising destinations within easy reach! SAILS: Roller furling 110 on CDI furler, Mainsail reconditioned by Doyle sails (2013). Telescoping whisker pole, with s/s ring on mast.
RIGGING: Running rigging replaced 2012; Standing rigging in good condition w/ turnbuckle covers.
ON DECK: 2x Lewmar #6 winches, 3x forward cleats, 2x stern cleats, dual cam lock organizer for Main Halyard and Keel Up-haul. S/S Bow and Stern Pulpits, Life lines with Pelican hook Gates Port and Stbd at cockpit.
ANCHORS: 2x Danforth Anchors with chain and rhode, Large Anchor locker forward.
RUDDER: Ida-sailor pneumatic assist kick-up performance rudder and tiller assembly, new 2012. (huge improvement in steering).
SWING KEEL (18" up and 6' Down) NEW Pivot pin, cable, up haul and centering block in 2013.
BOTTOM PAINT: Pettit Ultima SR 60 in June 2013.
MOTOR: Mercury 9.9 Long-shaft with 4 bladed prop. Remote controls electric start and trim, and Voltmeter, new in 2009.
BUILT IN AIR CONDITIONER: 6500 btu Marvair reverse cycle unit w/ Digital thermostat controls, NEW 2013. OTHER: Hawk-eye depth meter w/ thru hull transducer new 2013. Bulkhead mounted compass. Navico TP300CX auto pilot.
Shore power and dual Battery charger/maintainer. Dual Marine AGM Batteries, in 2011 with battery switch.
AM/FM/CD stereo w/ cabin speakers and VHF radio, New in 2009.
LED Mast head anchor light, New 2013.
2 oversized Solar vents in Head and Cabin. CLEAN 5 gal. Port a Potty. Recovered cabin cushions and replaced fabric liner in cabin. Marine carpet in cabin sole.
Cockpit cushions new in 2011. New bimini Sunbrella in 2013.
