Penobscot 17' gaff-rigged wood sailboat, with jib. Handmade by Gerald Rooney in 2004. Glued lapstrake construction. Finished with epoxy resin; easy to maintain. Stunning hardwood deck. Retractable 3' keel board ideal for shallow water and for easy conversion to rowing mode. Flotation compartments at bow and stern make it unsinkable. Brass hardware from England. Burgundy Dabbler sails. Wood mast-rings. Trailer and two oars included.
