30' Paceship Acadian Yawl

The Boat is a: 1970 Acadian Yawl Mark ii,built by Paceship in Mahone Bay Nova Scotia
She is a 30 Foot fibre glass yacht The engine is an Atomic Four. The boat is in excellent shape and can be inspected in the yard at Bronte Harbour.
The boat has the original gel coat on the free board, The hull below the waterline has had inter protect 2000 applies and the bottom anti fowling is VC17
The Decks have inter deck applied to give the decks a good non -skid finish
The boat hasa polyethylene , fuel tank, water and holdings tank,
The boat has been wired with 120 volt shore power,
The engine has been modified has a breaker less ignition and an electric fuel pump.
The Stuffing box has been upgraded to A drip less stuffing box
The cab has teak on the upper cabin area and the bulk head the cabin floor is coverer with teak and holy floor boards
The 140% overlap Jib is attached to an Ultra Furl Furling system, the main sail and missen sail are UK sails and are 6 years old the Jib, missen stay sail, reacher/drifter and spinnaker are 10 years old but have seen little usage,
The boat has also been equipped with Ray Marine SD 60 Wind, Speed and Depth Gages. ,plus a Standard horizon GPS chart/ plotter and Standard Horizon; VHF radio, the boat also has an Am/Fm Cd player as well
