Description:
36'7" OD George Sutton design professionally built. Sandblasted inside and out. 5 coats epoxy primer outside- 2 coats inside. Fire retardant urethane foam above water line.Interior finished, engine installed. Wiring and plumbing finished. 14" thru hull viewing port aft below water. Hatches fit but not installed.Needs mast, rig and sails.This would make an ideal ocean going live-aboard cruiser for two.

Equipment:
2 cylinder,unused, fresh water cooled Hardy Diesel installed. Two 70 gal.integral steel fuel tanks, two 100 gal. integral steel water tanks. All tanks have removable tops with viewing ports.Atkins Hoyle hatches. 2 burner Taylor kerosene galley stove with oven.2" manual bronze Henderson diaphragm bilge pump. Wilcox C. bronze Skipper head with holding tank. 35lb. CQR with 300' galvanized chain,galvanized chain locker and manual windless.6000lbs removable lead ballast strapped down in keel.
