Description:
SUBSTANTIAL PRICE REDUCTION! Sleeps 5 (4 comfortably), marine head, in separate cabin area separated by solid door. Sinks in in head and galley area. two burner gimbled alcohol stove. Large comfortable cockpit. She needs only cosmetic cleaning, some painting (if desired). Nylon mesh-type type flooring through out cabin and cockpit. Standing headroom in Cabin. Will take the wind, yet will ghost along nicely in calmer breezes. 150 Genoa head sail, Harkin roller furling. Reefing points on main. Control lines lead back to cockpit for easy single handling. Cockpit cushions and those inside are in great shape. Bottom painted 2006. In fresh water since. Automatic bilge pump.

Equipment:
Tohatsu 9.9 HP outboard with electric start runs great. Sails in good shape. GPS, depth sounder, compass, tiller steering, Marine (ship to shore)radio, commercial radio/CD player, shore power w/battery charger. Two New 12 V. batteries, with multi-position selector switch plus separate starting battery. has inverter on the house batteries. One anchor (Bruce) with second roller for additional anchor. plenty of chain and rode. Whisker pole, Main sail cover, Bemini. She is well equipped.
