boat is in very good condition. has new cdi roller furler and new autohelm 1000 autopilot, both installed august of 2011. roller furler sail is 150 w/yellow sunbrella sun protection. also has storm sail. main is a recut from a 28' irwin which has a larger roach. has 4 battens and 3 reef points which have sewn in reef nettles. main is rigged for jiffy reefing and includes all rigging. also has boom vang.
the mast was painted 3 yrs. ago with2 coats of aluminum primer and 3 topcoats of easypoxy yellow. mast was completely rewired while down and new vhf antenna was installed w/wind indicator and new anchor lite. also has mast steps to top of mast. all running rigging is 4 months old.
bottom was repainted feb. last yr. and annodes replaced. the stuffing box was also repacked.
has 35gls. freshwater with a place to add another 15gl tank under the cockpit sole. has 25 gl. fuel capacity. engine is ysm 8 diesel.
i have also added another 12v. fuse panel. there is also a 500 watt inverter.
the knotmeter and depthsounder work but are obsolete. compass is 2yrs. old and viewable in cockpit and salon. has vhf and am/fm cd player.
the cabin sole has just been rebuilt and reinforced w/new nonskid thru to the head and painted from salon to v-berth with brightside polyurethane. the bilge boards were also replaced.
settee covers were replace 1.5 yrs. ago.
the head is a wilcox-crittendon manual w/collapsible holding tank under v-berth. all hoses and y-valve were replaced jan. last year.
boat has 15# danforth w/chain and rode, 5 life preservers and flares. also has fenders and dock lines.
boat is on the hard in long term storage.
i am selling the boat due to health reasons. i am asking 8,000 usd or trade for 30' travel trailer of comprable quality.
