Description: |
“je t’amie” (French for “I Love You”)
This boat is very comfortable for two people and is great for four as well. We have owned it since April 2010 and have decided to get a smaller boat.
1 main sail, 5 head sails: #1 170%, #2 150%, Heavy Jib, Tall Staysail, Drifter Spinnaker pole and rigging lines led aft 2 danforth anchors, larger and less large double back-stays Hard dodger, strong enough to stand on - protection from weather swim ladder on stern Porta-potty Two batteries Sink with hand pump Nice woodwork inside (panelling and trim)
Recently I have:
Replaced the life lines Re-bed the starboard aft stanchion and resealed the others Had a broken stanchion re-welded. Pulled, inspected, cleaned, and reinstalled the chainplates. New turnbuckles/clevis pins Had a custom instrument panel fabricated - installed with new auto bilge switch Installed a new custom prop shaft coupler to replace original flex coupler
April 2010 haul out: New prop shaft bottom paint/zincs
The engine is the original A30 Farymann Diesel 12hp. The engine runs well, starts every time without fail. Transmission was acting slightly funny recently, but still worked.
The boat floats, no holes, sails very well, and motors. She’ll get you there! |
