Since this boat does not have all the extras like oven, watermaker, AC, etc, this boat can be purchased at this much lower price. The diesel engine was removed and replaced with 2022 Yamaha 25 high thrust long (plus the 5 extension kit) outboard engine. The is a common practice with Geminis as the diesel presents problems perhaps particularly because the outdrive it uses, has parts that are very difficult to obtain and are not being made anymore. The outboard remedies this and allows the owner to locate easily obtainable parts if there were any engine issues. This set up with the extension kit puts the propeller deep in the water to avoid cavitation in deep chop.
