Spencer 35 was built in Vancouver, BC in 1963. It is solid fiberglass with no coring. This model of boat was sailed in the books "Two on a Big Ocean" and "Two Against the Horn" The Spencer 35 is a fully capable blue water cruiser. The hull shape is a Norwegian folk boat design similar to an Alberg. This boat is state registered in the U.S. Right now it is located in Cancun, Mexico. Marina dues are paid through June, 2025. Marina dues are $330/month. It is already located in the Caribbean so you can start living the good life without having to sail there. New - Bottom paint, hull paint, dingy, foresail, interior varnish, upholstery and curtains, furler. The Bad - Engine has to bled each time you start it. Cockpit needs new paint. |
