This has been well taken care of and is in great shape. Me and my family spend at least one weekend every few weeks sailing spending the night on her every month. It will pull a knee boarder behind it when in Power Boat mode! I use it often as a remote office on the water. We are moving up to larger sailboat in Charleston. Located at Hamilton Creek Marina on Percy Priest Lake. Slip is transferable (two-year wait - $150/month).

This boat has many upgrades to make it a great weekend cruiser

January 2025:Bottom sanded down to gelcoat. Added new layer of epoxy barrier coat and two coats of anti-foul paint.
