Beautiful, well maintained Catalina 22'. Current registrations on boat and trailer. My family and I have been actively sailing the boat and it's in great shape. We just happen to have two (the other is a less complete 74). This boat is great! The previous owners were racers and did everything they could to make the boat fast and easy to handle, including running all lines aft (routing them on the cabin and switching the handrails to the pop top, they did a great job!) They added Two winches to the cockpit for a total of four, additionally they updated hardware up and down the boat and tricked out so many little details. |

Between 2018 and 2021 they bought new:
-Full Batten main sail
-Hank on Gib
-Racing rudder (optional).
-2xSS Anderson self tailing winches.
-Twin Spinlock double rope clutches.
-Quick release stay adjusters for faster mast stepping (and no need to retune)
-Amsteel and Vectran running rigging
-New Harken and other high grade hardware, pulleys, etc all throughout including careful attention to all thru hill attachments.
-Suzuki 4 HP outboard used once.
-New Garmen Depth/Fishfinder.
-Solar hatch fan to circulate the cabin air.
-Telescoping crutch to hold and help step the mast.
-so many other nice things, with all receipts and work records.
I removed and ground down and sanded/repainted the keel (it has the bushing kit installed) both keel and the bottom of the boat are anti fouling paint and I have been touching it up as I go. I will have the boats in and out of the water as the season wears on so come take a look. |
