Description:
The boat has a draft of 4.3 ft(1.3m) with the optional shoal draft keel. A tall mast version was produced for lighter wind areas, with a mast about 2.8 ft.(0.85m)higher. The boat was factory-fitted with a Japanese Yanmar diesel engine. The design features a gallery with a two-burner stove, sink,hot/cold water,head w/stand -up shower,vanity and sink,nine-port lights wit sand a teak and holly cabin sole.

Equipment:
Hunter 30 is a recreational sailboat, built predominately of fiberglass, with wood trim. It has a masthead sloop rig, a raked stem,a reverse transom, a skeg-mounted rudder controlled by a wheel and fixed fin keel, shoal-draft keel. It displaces 9,700 lb. (4,400kg)and carries 4,100 lb (1,860 kg) of ballast. The boat has a draft of 4.3ft (1.3m)with the optional shoal draft keel.
