She is a great racer/cruiser, we mostly used her for cruising, but points incredibly well. She did the Newport-Bermuda with previous owner. She is 40 years old and we are the 2nd owner, we have owned her for last 24 years and have used and maintained her consistently. A survey was conducted 5/4/24, happy to furnish (FMV: $55K, REPL.COST: $310K) addresses details but surveyor.

The boat needs regular seasonal maintenance:
-Brightwork topside (handrails, cockpit trim, companionway doors)
-Engine maintenance (oil replace, fuel system & filter, raw water impeller, necessary belts & hoses)
-Bottom paint was done last year when she was on the hard, done every 3 years.
-Plumbing: Reconnect and flush.
-Batteries: Reconnected, topped-off, charged
-Boat Cleaned: overall

Overall:
-Rigging: maintained, could use some new lines over time.
-Sails: Have good inventory, have many. Have a main, but could use new/used one.
-Winches: Operate but could use maintenance (lubricate drum/gears; pawls/springs)
-Deck: Very solid, could use some fiberglass work.
-Hatches work, could use attention.
-Electric: Operational, 12V, needs inverter, could use some rewiring.
-Electronics: Nav system,
-Tanks: good water & Fuel
-Plumbing: Operating throughout boat, 3 tanks all functioning.
-Engine: Very solid, just regular maintenance.
-Steering: very solid
-Navigation: VHF radio, Garmin GPS/helm display, have radar needs installation.
-Anchor & Windless: Windless works intermittently, needs attention. Assuming wiring. Have bow roller and needs installation.
-Interiors: Teak in good shape, galley functions could be updated.
-Lights: Functioning
-Paint: Bottom: painted 2024, topside: blue painted 2022 needs some touchup, deck: never painted.
-Lifelines: Good condition
-Keel: Is very solid. The keel was dropped and reattached by bolts and epoxy in 2018.
